The vision of Schocker Enterprises
started with the founder John Schock. A veteran of the automobile
industry, John has expanded his business acumen with business
relationships in the transportation, career transition and marketing
services industries. With large corporation, small start up
and even turn around experience under his belt, Schocker decided
it was time to execute his own company due to the plethora of
contacts he has across the U.S.
"Support for this model has been amazing with people understanding
that Schocker Enterprises is a combination of marketing services
teamed with sales support from the alliances we have created.
I am happy with the direction we are heading and look forward
to continuing to grow the business," states Schock.
"As long as I can remember people see in me as the consummate
sales personality. Yet Schocker Enterprises allows us to not
only capitalize on that skill set but share my gifts of communication,
facilitation, team building and process/business management
skills," adds Schock.
Balancing business travel and home life becomes a delicate
issue yet this model assists in solving this challenge. "Professional
coaching should consume about 60% of each month with the alliance
work (from home) filling in the balance. My family is my number
one priority and we have figured out the appropriate mixture
to keep the business model growing and the family ties strong,"
stated John.
Focusing on the needs of the family will always be a priority
for Schocker. "I am a strong believer in the culture of
a business or team and a family is no different. I am blessed
to have a family that loves me and supports the direction we
have taken with this business. We are a close knit team who
cares for each other and supports each other in what we are
doing…who could ask for anything more," adds Schock.
A significant highlight to John is the personal and professional
growth experienced by his wife Rhonda in her Creative Memories
business. "I always knew I married a beautiful rose but
the Creative Memories business model has allowed this rose to
really blossom," boasts Schock. "Rhonda is passionate
about CM and it allows her to utilize her creative/art talents
by sharing her gifts with her clients and teammates in her expanding
business. Creative Memories has been a blessing for all of us!"
